Hi! I'm Priyal

I’m a finance and valuations consultant helping early-stage fashion founders turn creative vision into sustainable growth. With expertise in finance, accounting, and strategy, I bridge the gap between numbers and brand storytelling, helping founders make confident, data-backed decisions without losing their creative edge.

Before starting Profit Patterns, I worked at Kroll in Boston in their valuations and transfer pricing practice, where I helped multinational companies with intangible asset valuations and international tax strategies. Earlier, I was part of Deloitte’s transfer pricing team in Bangalore, working closely with cross-border clients on business valuations, tax planning and financial modeling.

I hold a Master’s in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Christ University, Bangalore. I’m also a Level 1 (90th percentile) Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate and currently preparing for Level 2.
